In collaboration with Toshiba, Microsoft Innovative Educator Charlotte Beckhurst from Hartsbrook E-Act School, is holding a ‘Teaching with Windows 8’ lesson plan competition. The winning win8 lesson plan will receive a Windows 8 device kindly donated by Toshiba.
If you are interested in sharing practice and win a prize for your work, take a look at the competition details below:
WHO? | The competition is open to Primary and Secondary schools. Each lesson plan submitted should be created with a team of 3-4 students who have worked with their teacher to produce an outstanding Windows 8 lesson plan. |
WHAT? | Students use a Windows 8 device* to plan a lesson integrating a Windows 8 App. Lesson plan to include examples of student outcomes with a short 2 minute video to explain main findings. The lesson will be judged according to 21st Century Learning Skills. |
WHERE? | Teachers need to join and create a profile on the Partners in Learning Network and final submissions will be uploaded to here. Closing date March 20th 2014. |
